    Rental Fees      

 

     Ballroom Rental - Weekend

March - December:  $1300

January- February:  $900

>  9:00 AM to 12:00 Midnight
Saturday rental includes Friday set-up. 
>  If you reserve a Sunday and Saturday is not available for set-up, rental price is discounted $150.
>  You set-up - we take down
>  You select your own caterer
>  Maximum 150 guests for a formal sit-down or buffet-style dinner
>  Maximum 225-250 guests for hors d'oeuvres, some seating
>  $300 Non-Refundable Deposit to reserve the date
>  $200 Refundable Damage Deposit is also due at the time you reserve a date
>  Balance of rental fee is due 30 days prior to your event.
>  Non-profit organization rate:  $625
Ballroom Rental - Monday through Thursday

Any Month:  $400

>  9:00 AM to 11:00 PM 
>  You set-up - we take down
>  You select your own caterer
>  Maximum 150 guests for a formal sit-down or buffet-style dinner
>  Maximum 225-250 guests for hors d'oeuvres, some seating
>  $100 Non-Refundable Deposit to reserve the date
>  $200 Refundable Damage Deposit is also due at the time you reserve a date
>  Balance of rental fee is due 30 days prior to your event.
>  Non-profit organization rate:  $310
Wedding Rehearsal
 
>  If held during normal office hours, the wedding rehearsal is at no charge to couples renting the
    facility for their event
>  If held outside normal office hours, $30 fee to open and close the building 
Private Conference Room
 
>  Available from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM
>  Room capacity - 25 people
>  $50 Non-Refundable Deposit to reserve the date
>  If event begins or ends outside of office hours, $15 fee to open and/or close the building. 
>  Includes kitchen use
Ballroom Rental Includes:

 

>  200 white folding chairs

>  20 six-foot banquet tables (each seats 6-8)

>  20 four-foot round tables (each seats 4-6)

>  4 five-foot found tables (each seats 8-10)

>  An arbor (archway)

>  A guest book stand

>  4 easels that can hold any pictures you might want to display

>  Hurricane globes in two sizes and sufficient candlestick holders for table centerpieces or

    placement around the windows

>  Use of the kitchen

>  Free parking

 

Ballroom Size:  1751 square feet

Stage (adjacent to the Ballroom):  676 square feet

Front Lawn:  45,243 square feet
MasterCard, Visa, cash and personal checks accepted for payment of deposits and fees.
