2010 Children’s Musical Theatre Camp

The 2010 Children's Musical Theatre Camp, sponsored by the Hanover Arts & Activities Center,  is scheduled for:

July 12 through July 29, 2010 (Monday through Thursday from 1:00 – 3:00pm). 

 Location:  Hanover Arts & Activities Center, 500 S. Center Street, Ashland, VA  23005.

This fun-filled camp offers summer fun to rising 1st through 8th graders.  Students learn about different aspects of theatre (including makeup, costumes, technical elements, music, choreography, improv, scenery, props and more!).  Camp fee is $175, and, in addition to instruction, includes materials, a t-shirt and healthy snacks.

 Production of Willy Wonka

Rehearsals for Willy Wonka: July 5 through August 5, 2010 Monday through Thursday from 3:00pm-5:00pm at the Hanover Arts & Activities Center. 

Show dates and times are:

Friday, August 6 at 6:30pm
Saturday, August 7 at 6:30pm
Sunday, August 8 at 1:30pm

Tickets are $5.00/seat in advance.  $6.00 at the door.   Doors will open ½ hour before show time. Enjoy the Pre-Show which starts promptly at show time.
