Festivities will take place on SUNDAY, July 4, 2010.  Parade line up will be at Henry Clay Elementary/War Memorial at 1:00 pm and parade will step off at 1:30 pm. 

If you'd like to be in the nonmotorized walking parade, you can join one of our already established units - Butterfly Brigade (CJ Thumbs Up); Bassett Hound Brigade; Pet Brigade; Trikes and Wagons; Bicycles; Scooters; Patriotic Pedestrians.    We're looking for people to join in our Croquet and Kazoo brigades.  If you'd like to join in or want more information, call 804.798.9131.  If you have an idea for a new brigade, complete this registration form, and the parade chair will be in touch with you.

Children's Theatre Camp 2010 - Roald Dahl's Willie Wonka's Kids - musical theatre camp performance

Bluemont Summer Concert Series (Season #6) --  is almost here.  We will have five concerts on the five Sunday evenings of August 2010 at 7:00 pm each night.  The list of performers at these concerts till be posted very soon.  As an added bonus, the Hanover Concert Band will be playing before the Bluemont Concert on Sunday Aug. 1 and Sunday, August 29th from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm.  Your Bluemont ticket will cover your entrance to the Hanover Concert Band performance.   If you'd like to find out more about Bluemont, please visit www.bluemont.org or www.bluemont-ashland.synthasite.com.
